Rates
A two year initial lease is required.
After two years is up, you have the chance to sign another two year lease or go month to month.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities
We allow two pets per home. It may be cats or dogs or a mixture of the two.
No weight limit, but cannot be over 15 inches from top of shoulder down.
No aggressive breeds and all animals must be approved by the manager before you move in.
