About Us
We are a small family park consisting of 38 spaces located in Cornelius, Oregon (the family town).
We are located two blocks from Cornelius Elementary School, and are near churchs, parks and shopping centers.
Our park is right off of the wet lands in a nice country atmosphere, super nice quiet community. You can enjoy the wild life from time to time.
So give me a call, come join our community. You will love it here and want to stay just as I did.
All of our homes are double wide's, have carports with sheds on lots. We do owner carry contracts, super easy to qualify, low down payment, best offer around.
